About me
Lauren Jane Barnett ’08 is a London-based screenwriter and author best known for the first walking guide to London's horror cinema, Death Lines: Walking London's Horror History, and her award-winning short film "Robot Armadillo". Her short stories have appeared in magazines and anthologies including Listen: The Sound of Fear, and her most recent film premieres at Horror on Sea in January 2025 as part of the anthology Video Shop Tales of Terror. Lauren also co-hosts the leading British indie film podcast, The London Horror Movie Club with her brother, Chris Sapikowski, and is a part of the production team Large Potato Small Potato productions.
